By registering for the Academy, you can access online video tutorials, attend one-to-one courses with your coach, participate in an unforgettable experience during the annual bootcamp: three days of full immersion in the world of SIM racing followed closely by your coaches, in all aspects of the preparation: set up, driving, mental coaching, nutrition and athletic training.

Jean Alesi
Jean Alesi, team ambassador of the eSports Academy, provides young talents with his exceptional experience as a Formula 1 legend. He has competed for many years on the Ferrari team, and then moved on to Benetton, racing in no less than 201 Grand Prix races.

Head Coach
Matteo Bobbi
Matteo Bobbi is head coach of the Academy. Two-time GT Series World Champion and Premium instructor of Sport & Safe Driving for brands like Porsche and Toyota. He is also a tutor for young drivers including Jean Alesi's son, Giuliano. Matteo teaches virtual drivers all the techniques and tips that can make the difference between a good driver and a champion.

David Greco
David Greco holds an impressive track record on Assetto Corsa, iRacing and RFactor2. He develops physical models for the official F1 game, gaining unique experience over the years by youth coaching, especially in terms of race strategy and car set up. He represents the team in the races as a driver.

Formula Medicine
Formula Medicine is a cutting-edge center for physical and mental coaching of top-level athletes and in particular of several F1 drivers. Led by Dr. Riccardo Ceccarelli, the Formula Medicine team takes care of the mental preparation of our drivers by offering them a truly professional experience.
